Ontario artiste extraordinaire Steve Genereaux has created and kindly donated- a unique smoking accessory for the event organizers  to raffle to help defray event expenses. Without guys like Steve to help us- and you- events and rally's such as this would prove impossible to stage. A word on the art type from Steve's website...

"My Gourd pieces are meant to be used and are not just for looking at. Gourd vessels and tools are some of the oldest man-made implements known. Used since antiquity, there is no limit to the versatility of this member of the squash family. Once dried and finished, these pieces will last virtually forever (pieces have been found in Egyptian tombs). My gourds are grown locally and are of the highest quality. Each gourd takes a full year from seed to being dried and ready to work with. All are hand chosen by me and some may have imperfections, being organic material; this makes them unique and is common to this medium. All pieces here are hand produced, by me, from beginning to end. EACH PIECE IS ONE OF A KIND as no two gourds are the same. Each piece is finished according to it's intended use and details are listed for each item. Highly valued, these pieces make excellent collectors items and each comes with a signed certificate of authenticity including identification number."
